From Chicago, President Obama tweeted the following at 11:15 PM ET, as he was on the verge of victory, with Ohio, Virginia and Florida holding steady, and CNN and NBC News both projecting him the victor.  The President was at the Fairmont Hotel, awaiting travel to McCormick Place with the First Family, where he would be met by 10,000 supporters.
