On Sunday morning, President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will participate in a wreath laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery at 9:05 AM. At 11:55 AM, President Obama will be sworn in for his second term in office, during a small ceremony at the White House. The First Family will attend the ceremony in the Blue Room. President Obama will officially be sworn in at a ceremony officiated by Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr.. "Surrounded by family, friends, and staff, the President will place his hand on the Robinson family bible, selected specifically for this occasion, and recite the 35-word presidential oath of office written in the Constitution."
